Daniel was born and raised in Highland, New York. He attended Arizona State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies in 2007. Daniel then attended the William S. Boyd, School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2010.

While in law school, Daniel was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, and served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association from 2009-2010.

Daniel has been practicing Criminal Defense since he was admitted to practice law in Nevada in 2010. During that time, he has handled a broad range of criminal cases, from Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Battery Domestic Violence (BDV) to Drug Trafficking and Sexual Assault.

Daniel has handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, and thousands of traffic citations throughout every Court in Clark County, Nevada.
He takes great pride in being a zealous advocate for his clients. Daniel works hard to gain his clients’ trust and ensure that he keeps it. He has a reputation
